What they do is design a layout for a card idea, and then people submit their ideas. A lot of these cards are then snatched up by Scrapbooking Trends magazine for publication.
Also: I've started taking pictures of our card swap cards (so I can give them away without feeling regret)-just go to the "CREATE" label.
