It took two trips, but we finally got some good shots of Joshua. Target has a good deal right now; no sitting fee, a free 8 x 10, and 1 sheet for $3.99 (expires Sept. 10). The only way he would smile was when I was holding him up in a standing position. Such a stinker.
Did your kids do this?: He likes to roll onto his tummy when he's sleeping and then gets all mad because he can't roll onto his back again. I remember Andrew doing this, too.

Okay, those pictures are adorable. Not that I am happy that you had to do it twice, but I am somewhat relieved. I just took Owen and he wouldn't sit still if his life depended on it. He is half out of every shot, heading strait for the door. Maybe if I take him again it will be a success. What patience you have Nancy!

So precious!! I hate getting kids' pictures taken, too. Such a stressful experience! Maybe that's why I've taken James only once, when he turned one! Or maybe I'm just a slacker. Anyway, it's worth it if the pictures turn out good, and yours did! P.S. Thanks for the potty training advice.

Aria hates her back for sleeping b/c she slept on my left side in the womb. She likes her side right now and her tummy a bit(for sleeping)! Hey, we slept on our tummies as babies and we survived-how bad can it really be???. Hopefully he'll learn to roll back over soon. Luvs to all!
